Director of Growth Marketing

We're looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to plan, manage, and optimize growth experiments across the buyer's journey from awareness, to acquisition, to revenue, to retention.
You'll collaborate with some amazing B2B companies to develop data-driven growth experiments across the funnel to drive brand awareness, inbound pipeline, marketing revenue, and growth with the perfect blend of strategy and execution.
You'll also be able to pull and analyze campaign reports to extract insights and transform those insights into actionable changes that will accelerate performance across conversion, engagement, and acquisition.
We're insanely small (you're going to make up 25% of our culture), but you'll get full time full support of an experienced team.
No hour tracking, no clients that you dread, no power points, no forced client meetings.
You give us:
- 5+ years B2B/SaaS marketing experience
- Knowledge of brand positioning, effective messaging and conversion rate optimization
- Experience in paid and organic marketing across the entire funnel.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to read dashboards in Salesforce or Hubspot, Google Analytics and heatmaps.
- Report results, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Your work doesn't need to be reviewed.
