Join Pipefy as the Director of Product Marketing and leader of the Product Marketing organization, reporting directly to the CMO. In this role, you will gain deep experience positioning Pipefy at the intersection of three of the most important trends in the software industry: product-led growth (PLG), the low-code citizen application developer movement, and SaaS. Pipefy is already growing rapidly and spreading organically. You will partner with growth marketing, demand generation, content marketing, corporate marketing and marketing operations leaders to hack more growth and build onto our industry-leading net dollar retention.

What you'll do:

  • Help define, drive, and iterate on the GTM strategy for Pipefy in the US market
  • Develop targeted customer segments and define buyer personas
  • Lead by influencing distributed teams in Brazil and the United States
  • Match persona needs to Pipefy’s product benefits and clearly describe how they intersect in our GTM messaging
  • Partner with growth, content and demand generation to deliver marketing content for multiple inbound and outbound campaigns, analyze the results and iterate for growth
  • Partner with the sales team to drive new logo growth and expansion within existing accounts through marketing content, enablement and sales collateral 
  • Partner with our product team to ensure that the roadmap is calibrated to the needs of our target personas and aligns with our GTM and branding strategies
  • Differentiate and position Pipefy’s products against competitors as the obviously superior choice ;-)
  • Engage with customers for requirements gathering and feature requests
  • Lead, coordinate, and collaborate with our marketing, product and sales teams to showcase new product features that highlight new releases and drive demand
  • Craft experiments and incentives to expand usage within high-potential accounts
  • Speak at conferences, press interviews, and industry analyst briefings as a thought leader and subject matter expert
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high performing product marketing team

Hard Skills:

  • 10+ years of substantial experience in product marketing, strategy, or growth marketing for B2B audiences
  • Experience with a horizontal platform product
  • 5+ years in a senior-level people management position
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and distill clear insights for different audience segments
  • Experience collaborating with product, sales and customer-facing teams
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
  • A resourceful attitude and positive negotiation skills - you'll be working with a lot of different teams across Pipefy
  • Ability to juggle and manage competing priorities to deliver the most important results 

It would be awesome if you:

  • Have experience in working for a high-growth SaaS company
  • Already worked in a startup environment during the building and scaling stage
  • Have experience and familiarity marketing to both IT and business leaders
