Senior Client Lifecycle Marketing Manager

The Senior Client Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for building, executing and reporting on digital campaigns that drive upsell and renewal pipeline. You’ll help us grow our client relationships and minimize client churn. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation and Global campaigns, this person will partner closely with marketing and sales to prioritize campaigns and set actionable goals that exceed our customer revenue targets. 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute customer upsell campaigns that encourage customer retention and expansion to exceed our customer ARR targets
  • Partner with customer marketing and sales to prioritize campaigns and set actionable goals
  • Define and build out the “always on” customer lifecycle nurture strategy -- from acquisition through upsells and renewals, focused on success, retention and growth 
  • Manage integrated customer marketing programs across new and existing channels, such as webinars, email, review boards, and paid channels
  • Work closely with the corporate demand generation team to replicate and optimize prospect campaigns for customers
  • Partner with customer marketing and content strategist teams to improve messaging and identify new content for campaigns
  • Effectively report on and measure customer campaigns to optimize accordingly
  • Continually evaluate assumptions and data around key metrics like customer lifetime value, product attachment rates, ROI of programs, and other leading indicators of customer growth

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree with 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • Expertise in global, multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns
  • Deep understanding of a customer lifecycle and experience building and executing a strategy to grow revenue and improve retention within a customer base
  • Ability to collaborate across a global marketing and sales organization 
  • Experience with database segmentation, lead nurturing, and message testing
  • Strong familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and third-party programs
  • Experience with HubSpot, 6sense, Google Analytics, and Salesforce
