We are looking for an ambitious, creative, metrics-driven Director of Demand Generation to build and execute our growth strategy into 2021 and beyond. You’ll be responsible for the creation and execution of demand programs that drive opportunities through the funnel to the sales team.
You’ll report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with sales, product, and customer success to create a growth strategy that fuels our revenue goals.
So, who are you?
- You’ve been a demand guru for at least five years, and have managed all disciplines of demand generation successfully in the past.
- You have extensive experience as the architect and practitioner of an effective Account-Based Marketing strategy. You’ve built target account lists, worked with sales to define goals and objectives, created the strategy, and put it into action.
- You might not be a certified expert, but you’re able to effectively manage multiple ad platforms at once; specifically LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- You’re a great storyteller who can analyze and report on marketing analytics and communicate this to the team in order to support your strategic recommendations.
- You’re a technical marketer. You’ll own the tech stack and utilize it strategically to help us achieve our goals and create a memorable experience.
What you’ll do:
- Define our overall demand generation strategy. This is an opportunity to build this function from the ground up, and while we have deep marketing experience on our leadership team, we need you to identify the right mix of inbound vs outbound, digital vs traditional, and paid vs organic.
- Define and execute our ABM strategy. You’ll work hand in hand with sales and executive leadership to identify our target accounts, profile them, and create the plays to help drive interest and engagement for the sales team.
- Partner closely with content marketing to create broad market awareness and interest in ConstructSecure through smart, thoughtful distribution of our content. We’ll lean heavily into video and podcast creation, and you’ll create the strategy to make sure our message is heard across the industry.
- Help build the demand generation team. You’ll be building a team of growth marketers who are your partners on our journey to capture market share.
- Manage the creative process on new assets related to your campaigns.
