Givz is the first Donation Driven Marketing platform that drives sales for companies.

Givz is based in New York City and provides a B2B SaaS marketing technology that drives full-price purchasing behavior by rewarding consumers with the ability to choose their favorite charities. By allowing brands to replace discounts with personalized donation incentives, we have seen amazing conversion results while working with brands like H&M, Tom Brady’s TB12, Seedlip & SmileDirectClub. Consumers trust brands to “put their money where their mouth is” and brands trust their consumers to send donations where they’re needed most. That’s how we’re revolutionizing marketing and empowering brands and consumers to collaboratively do good.

Givz recently released their brand-new Shopify App and is looking for a metrics-oriented marketer with substantial Shopify experience, who:

  • wants to create a better world while building a $1B company,
  • has the experience to confidently scope and manage the Givz marketing plan from execution all the way through brand strategy,
  • enjoys rolling up their sleeves, digging into the data, and isn’t afraid to seize great opportunities

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop the overall marketing strategy and build a clear plan to drive growth in key business areas:
  • Top of funnel awareness
  • Pricing analysis and testing
  • Ownership of value proposition & messaging
  • Lead qualitative and quantitative customer analyses to build and refine our target audience:
  • Customer usage data
  • Buyer persona research and customer interviews
  • Run AB tests and experiments
  • Monitor Givz impact on customer sales and order value
  • Create brand awareness & sales enablement content from case studies and videos to blog & social media posts and email campaigns
  • Cultivate Givz’ client community to turn customers into advocates
  • Partner closely with Product and Sales to plan and develop new features that will facilitate the sales & marketing effort and fuel growth
  • Manage day-to-day marketing deliverables & deadlines, KPIs and metrics, and resources
  • Report directly to the CEO

Job requirements

  • A self-starter who is not afraid to be proactive, resourceful and intellectually curious
  • Strong marketing instincts with a background in marketing Shopify apps
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience
