Conversion Optimization Manager
Dooly’s connected workspace makes it effortless for sales teams to share critical deal information with the people and systems that they need to know to hit their revenue goals. Revenue teams at fast-growing software companies like Asana, Intercom, and Figma use Dooly to eliminate busy Salesforce work and close deals faster.
Dooly is looking for an experienced Conversion Optimization Manager to work alongside our Content, Data, & Product teams to create conversion rate optimization campaigns across the website and in our product––growing our new trial sign-ups.
This role will report to the Head of Growth, developing our testing & reporting framework for new user acquisition campaigns.

- You have 2+ years of experience in B2B or B2C software
- You’ve run successful website CRO campaigns
- You know how to tie marketing results to business impact
- You have experience working across multiple departments & teams
- Experience with Salesforce, Intercom, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Optimizely/Intellimize/Mutiny, and/or WordPress is a huge plus
- Experience running free trial campaigns for open software is a big plus
- You’re passionate about software and user growth
