MedTrainer is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to support our efforts to drive growth and take our marketing to the next level. Our team is creative, motivated, and growing very quickly, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to jump into our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute demand generation campaigns leveraging multiple channels to ensure cohesive messaging 
  • Coordinate necessary campaign activities by working with creative team, product marketing, sales, and external contractors
  • Develop engaging prospect-facing email/social media copy
  • Design, launch, test, and optimize email campaigns
  • Create and maintain marketing documentation
  • Assist with planning and execution of trade shows and events 
  • Support with measurement, analysis, and reporting performance of campaigns
  • Keep a pulse on the market, industry trends, and competitive landscape to help strategize and implement campaign plans
  • Create and manage marketing projects within Monday.com, our project management tool
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Solid analytical/critical thinking skills - uses data to drive strategy and to focus activities.
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and proofreading
  • Ability to maintain collaborative mindset in a remote environment
  • Ability to effectively manage deadlines and deliverables
  • Understanding of traditional and digital marketing methods and tools 
  • Enthusiasm for learning new programs, platforms, and technologies
  • Self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and making data-driven decisions


Bonus

  • Hands-on experience using Pardot for email and marketing automation
  • Experience using Monday.com, Asana, or other project management tools
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Marketing experience in B2B SaaS industry
  • Experience using webinar tools (i.e., Zoom Webinar, GoToWebinar)
