Marketing is a key differentiator and growth engine for Helium 10, starting from our earliest days producing podcasts for Amazon sellers. Today, that team covers a broad range of efforts, including paid acquisition advertising, SEO, brand marketing, product marketing, content development, training and visual design. The Product Marketing Manager will lead and foster the relationship between Product and Marketing. They will have a strong understanding of e-commerce and our customers, and will leverage both to bring great products to market.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a highly cross-functional role that will be the primary advocate for the Portals and Follow-Up tools. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, and working closely with the Product team assigned to Portals and Follow-Up, you will be responsible for owning the marketing strategy and tactics for the tools and understanding the technical nuances. You will have a deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem and the competitive landscape and use that knowledge to help drive customer engagement of the tools and of Helium 10. You are comfortable straddling a line between marketing and product and thrive juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced and data-driven environment. 


  • Develop product positioning and messaging strategy based on customer insights, market research, and deep understanding of product features and value
  • Create and execute upon GTM strategies to drive customer adoption of Helium 10’s Portals and Follow-Up tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, marketing, customer success, and engineering to modify and launch innovative products and features that align to our users’ business needs
  • Partner with marketing and content/creative teams on lifecycle marketing campaigns, marketing collateral, and trainings to engage customers with the Portals and Follow-Up tools
  • Be the internal advocate for the product and the end user, as well as the go-to expert for Portals and Follow-Up
  • Develop a thorough understanding of market trends - both from a competitive landscape perspective and an Amazon industry perspective
  • Create case studies, white papers, benchmark reports, and other content for distribution on marketing channels
  • Develop and adhere to product KPIs to increase customer usage and retention


  • 3-5 years in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS (ecommerce space is a bonus!)
  • Experience with in-app messaging tools (e.g. Braze, Appcues) preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with different teams in a fast-paced environment, with the mission of communicating Helium 10’s value proposition to the market
  • Tremendous personal initiative with a relentless drive to achieve the end result with minimal supervision
  • Strong sense of curiosity and demonstrated problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven insights
  • Good analytical skills, comfortable using a variety of data interfaces (e.g. Tableau, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
  • Superior verbal, written, and visual communication skills with a knack for persuading others
  • Exceptional project management and organizational acumen, with unerring attention to details
