About Panther

Panther is the all-in-one platform to employ and pay global teams. We take care of all the heavy lifting involved in international hiring, payroll, benefits, and compliance, so companies can employ incredible people from around the world, and let their employees work from anywhere — without any of the red tape.

Some of Silicon Valley’s sharpest minds are funding us to be the bedrock of global, distributed teams. We’re funded by Tribe Capital, Addition Capital, Eric Ries, Soma Capital, and founders and executives from Stripe, InVision, SpaceX, Plaid, Drift, Fast, and more.

The role

As an early member of the Panther Sales team, you will contribute to our rapid growth by developing go-to-market strategies and best practices for our sales team. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for Salesforce administration, opportunity and pipeline management, territory and role definition, and sales enablement.

In this role, you'll get to

  • Manage and administer Salesforce instance for Panther.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to optimize sales processes and systems.
  • Design and implement reports, dashboards, flows, and processes.
  • Create and maintain documentation on team processes, systems, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert at Panther and lead the team in leveraging Salesforce as the single source of truth.
  • Implement, manage and optimize lead-lifecycle and opportunity management
  • Manage deal tracking and contracts within Salesforce to highlight opportunities for upselling.
  • Provide day-to-day support to our Sales leadership, including ad hoc decision-making support, cross-functional collaboration, and one-off projects.
  • Support creation of sales team structure, sales role redefinition, account and lead prioritization, territory design.

About you

  • Minimum 4 years of Sales Operations experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of commonly-used Salesforce functionality and administration. (Salesforce Administrator certification is strongly preferred.)
  • Proactive and creative approach to finding solutions to stakeholder problems.
  • Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Basic knowledge of relational database architectures and query languages.
