About the opportunity:

As an Email Specialist at Drip, you will be working alongside our Success Managers, Support and Sales teams to identify customers in need of copy and content services. You will quickly gain an in-depth understanding of each customer's overall business and act as a consultant to determine how they can gain the most value from Drip. You will be responsible for writing and advising content for our customers email, text, ads and more. 

Some of your contributions will include:

  • Craft knock-your-socks-off email copy to turn subscribers into customers
  • Research our customers to create content that will promote revenue generation, both evergreen and time specific
  • Work closely with our customers to provide content based on their needs and feedback
  • Perform A/B tests to continually optimize for conversion  
  • Anticipating customer problems and needs before they recognize them, and develop strategies for resolution; you are the customer’s #1 advocate at Drip and will need to represent their needs while balancing internal priorities
  • Building loyal customer relationships to fuel Drip’s growth
  • Partner with internal teams, such as product, marketing and sales, on initiatives that address customer needs
  • Be a brand advocate who contributes ideas, strategies, and logic to advance the Drip Brand, culture, and vision

What You’ve Done:

  • Balance multiple writing assignments at once
  • Easily hit daily and weekly deadlines
  • Come to the table with ideas every day
  • Understand the psychology behind compelling copy
  • A track record as a high producer in a client facing position
  • Experience in an email marketing agency with a focus on eCommerce customers is preferred - Built your own Shopify store? Even better!
  • Experience with Marketing software tools, especially Marketing Automation Software is a plus
  • A keen ability to teach, inform, and educate customers to ensure they have a solid understanding and positive attitude towards Drip
