Job Brief:

CXponent is an entrepreneurial Technology Sourcing Advisor for mid-market companies. We streamline buying decisions and reduce risk so that stakeholders instead spend their time contributing to high value activities. Most clients will be between $500M and $2.5B in revenue, and will be buying enterprise CX Software, Collaboration, and SASE Services from Gartner, Forrester and G2 ranked global vendors. There will be opportunities to change the trajectory of our clients’ careers through successful project outcomes, and a key measure of success will be building trust, confidence and alignment with our clients and vendors. Success will be paved by reducing friction for organizations who want to make progress but are resource constrained with capacity (skills and time) or financially.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Management / Operations

  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management; Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes
  • Manage technical aspects of key systems (Hubspot for marketing automation and CRM) and lead management processes across those systems
  • Measure and report on the success of campaigns & optimize approach based on real-time analytics and data
  • Support an Account Based Marketing strategy for large accounts and projects as well as transactional projects to drive client engagement, pipeline acceleration and product adoption
  • Maintain Intellectual Capital Agenda; Learn our customers and prospects core issues and dive deep into specifics to support CXponent Sales awareness and understanding 
  • Event coordination with primary vendors in our ecosystem
  • Deliver training and tools to our sales team to help them be more efficient and effective
  • Improve marketing effectiveness by identifying opportunities through more effective audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
  • Support the company strategy of building a B2B Marketplace that connects client communities, vendor partnerships, and a trusted ecosystem of delivery and referral partners

Campaigns, Conversion, and Experimentation

  • Plan and execute campaigns to existing and prospective customers; partner with vendors for enablement
  • Create content through collaboration with the leadership team, sales, vendors, and industry experts within our ecosystem that meets the needs of our clients; including website copy, messaging, blog posts, sales documentation, and product videos
  • Grow and nurture new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
  • Propose creative new projects, from building free tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand.
  • Drive key business metrics including marketing and sales qualified leads and opportunities. 
  • Enhance the buyer journey as it relates to content development and inbound marketing efforts
  • Experiment with digital marketing tactics and tools to reach and engage with prospects

Qualifications / Skills

  • 4+ years of professional experience in business, communication and/or marketing fields and where you have demonstrated the following:
  • Excellent listening, writing, and overall communication skills
  • A mindset that is empathetic, people focused, and a willingness to collaborate without needing to be right
  • Experience with Hubspot Marketing and CRM professional, Account Based Marketing, and digital tools 
  • Experience marketing to buying committees where the primary buyer is IT, Customer Experience/Customer Service, and CyberSecurity organization
