About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced content marketer to join a growing marketing team. As the Content Marketing Manager, you will own content strategy across the buyer’s journey. You will drive company growth by amplifying the customers’ voice while also telling the TrustRadius story. 


  • Collaborate and work with company executives, sales, research and product marketing teams to build and execute effective content marketing strategies that engage our audience
  • Work with research, product marketing, and design teams to plan and end-to-end execute a variety of content i.e blogs, eBooks, webinars, case studies, customer reviews, testimonial videos, etc.
  • Strategize, develop and execute content marketing strategies across a variety of platforms: website, blogs, email, video scripts and interviews, social media platforms, podcasts etc.
  • Own organic social media strategy for TrustRadius profiles and coordinate with paid efforts 
  • Analyze and understand traffic and engagement patterns to identify popular content and build content flows
  • Research, strategize and plan content calendar to support product and sales goals
  • Engage with users and customers to create thought leadership content 
  • Be a creative storyteller capable of translating our products and solutions into tangible benefits that resonate with each of our audiences
  • Be an excellent writer that can attract, engage, and inspire prospects and customers into action
  • Hire and manage contract resources 


What You'll Need


  • 6+ years experience writing product, marketing, and journalistic content
  • Strong copywriting and content marketing skills
  • Ability to craft simple and clear messages that create an emotional connection and demonstrable benefits
  • Customer centric and innovative thinker, strong digital marketing instincts
  • Deep understanding of the content mix across platforms, content types
  • Exceptional planning capabilities
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
  • Dependable with proficient attention to detail
