What you’ll be responsible for
- Planning and implementing digital marketing initiatives across channels, including paid search and paid social
- Optimizing ad copy, ad creative, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and lead quality
- Managing and monitoring campaign budgets, keyword bids, and overall account performance
- Performing ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
- Performing ongoing audience discovery, expansion, and optimization
- Researching and analyzing competitor advertising campaigns and strategies
- Developing and maintaining marketing automation flows for lead generation and lead nurture
- Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and insights for maximum ROI
- Reporting on digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs)
What skills you’ll bring to the team
- Strong skills in Google Ads to deliver outstanding results across paid search
- Strong skills in paid social media channels (Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Ability to optimize, manage, and report across keywords, ads, creatives, landing pages, and campaigns
- Ability to set up tracking, tagging, and pixel implementation
- Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills along with a creative mindset
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced organization
- Strong communication skills — verbal and written — with the ability to be persuasive
- Understanding of marketing automation and CRM software such as HubSpot
