What You’ll Do: 

We are looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to own marketing strategy for our Inbound Sales Team. The Product Marketing team is responsible for connecting the Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to inform product development and bring new products to market through customer segmentation, value-based messaging, sales knowledge transfer, and cross-functional marketing activation. In this high-impact team, you will gain substantial leadership exposure and the opportunity to drive long-term customer and shareholder value. 

You will serve as a thought partner to Sales to maximize team productivity and performance. This will include being product marketing’s eyes and ears on the ground with the sales team, installing new processes to optimize knowledge transfer and feedback loops, and developing sales assets and trainings in partnership with our sales training team. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a proven track record building partnership across sales, marketing, and product, and a “get stuff done” attitude.  

  • Develop a compelling, data driven go to market strategy using a strong knowledge of our market, customers, channels, and team, including forecasting expected performance across the funnel. 
  • Deeply understand market needs to build unique and differentiated positioning and messaging that drive results while staying in-line with Network for Good’s overarching brand. 
  • Develop marketing campaigns at all stages of the funnel, working alongside the rest of the Marketing team to ensure execution to drive awareness and demand. 
  • Work with cross-functional partners to explore new ways to drive awareness, sales and adoption, including exploring branding, pricing & packaging, sales motions and other strategic initiatives. 
  • Develop, test, and iterate content and collateral to support sales team. 
  • Forecast, track, and report on high-level marketing effectiveness while continually monitoring, analyzing, and fine-tuning campaigns to maximize conversions 
  • Collaborate with the Sales training team to design and manage a training calendar, and help drive sales productivity through product knowledge transfer, sales collateral, and value-based talk tracks. 
  • Establish new two-way communication channels between product marketing and sales to unearth insights, identify sales team needs, and solicit feedback. 
  • Prepare and present executive memos and presentations to drive alignment with senior leadership on sales enablement strategy and planning. 

 Who You Are: 

  • You have 5+ years’ experience in a results-oriented marketing environment, with familiarity with non-profits a big plus. 
  • A proven background in B2B demand generation at a fast-growing technology/SaaS company, working closely with sales teams. 
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of disparate information, qualitative and quantitative, and distill them for different audience segments in clear and effective ways 
  • Strong interpersonal skills – you operate with high levels of humility, empathy and integrity and are willing to put team above self, acting like a leader in all situations. 
  • You have a strong bias to action with an ability to ruthlessly prioritize. You work well under deadlines and tight schedules and aren’t intimidated by dealing with large, vague problem spaces. 
  • You aren’t afraid to innovate and think outside the box -- you know the playbook, but you’re not limited by it.
