Be the driving force behind Carbon Health Partnerships!

Our Partnerships team works to align our services with affiliated hospitals and health systems. Our clinics play a critical role as the “front door” for health systems and an entry point to navigate the broader healthcare system. We help hospitals and medical groups reach new patients they otherwise might not be able to serve.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing Carbon Health partnerships. You will build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and hospital executives to create new partner relationships. The role is focused on signing new health system partners across Carbon Health’s targeted geographies.

What You'll Do

  • Manages long-term pipeline by aggressively looking for strategic relationships and long-term partner commitments across top health systems nationwide
  • Manage and conduct targeted outreach to potential partners and conduct meetings and presentations with health system executives 
  • Execute long and complex affiliation agreement contracting lifecycle with diverse set of health system partners
  • Partner with internal stakeholders critical to successfully closing partnership deals (e.g., finance, legal, real estate, operations, product, data science, marketing, etc.) 
  • Work closely with colleagues on the partnership team to ensure a successful partner implementation and continue to support team post kickoff as needed
  • Nurtures an extensive network of industry leaders, advisors, customers and prospects and works with internal and external executives to get introductions to key decision makers at targeted prospects
  • Create beautiful, impactful presentations with exceptional attention to detail
  • Work independently with limited direction and remain accountable to set and achieve goals and objectives
  • Quickly internalize partner strategic plans and position Carbon appropriately, ability to evaluate P&L statements and familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle and accounting practices
  • Collaborates with VP of Partnerships and other executives to develop strategies for partnering with health systems

About You

  • 10+ years in sales, business development or partnerships roles
  • Experience in both health system and technology startup strongly preferred
  • Strong executive presence, public speaking skills with a record of success selling at C-Suite or executive level in healthcare systems
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office - (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and CRM Tool (Salesforce, ACT)
  • Strategic mindset with innovative / creative approach to consultative, solutions-based selling to healthcare executives
  • College degree required
