The Media Analyst is responsible for successfully creating reporting, tracking, and analysis as it relates to all paid media efforts, reporting to the Director of Paid Acquisition. This role will be responsible for working with internal teams to provide insights that power decisions and strategies in our overall digital paid media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Function as the expert and lead on understanding the metrics, analysis, and trends around
  • paid media channels, and how they work together. This includes paid search, paid leads, paid social, and display efforts
  • Partner with the team members overseeing these marketing channels to have context around what is running, and how that is influencing the results they’re seeing, as well as how these channels may be influencing one another based on what’s found in the data
  • Manage the execution and delivery of timely reporting and analysis to the Director of Paid Acquisition
  • Partner with the Director of Acquisition to create various levels of reporting to satisfy organizational needs for visibility and analysis of media spend
  • Identification of wins and opportunities in paid media, driven by data analysis of the channels separately and together
  • Aid in recommendations for budget allocation, based on data readouts from testing, and overall performance analysis ongoing
  • Proactively seek ways to add value to understanding the results the data shows, whether its through new reports, or a specific reporting cadence
  • Collaborate as needed for emergent needs with strategic input, feedback & guidance
  • Function as the owner of digital media performance report
  • Spearhead collaboration, facilitate discussions, planning, and project management of all paid media analysis needs
  • Manage and monitor the delivery of leads, MQLs and pipeline on a daily basis, ensuring the ongoing execution of all programs and keeping relevant stakeholders apprised of changes or fluctuations in media effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years working within media analysis, specifically with the ability to build dashboards and reporting from the ground up
  • Experience with B2B industries a big plus
  • Experience analyzing a multiple six-figure monthly budget that spans various platforms that have different KPIs
  • Experience developing reporting to analyze paid marketing results
  • Excellent planning, project management, prioritization skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Positive and flexible attitude for working in a fast-paced environment and be able to build strong relationships across various departments and functions
  • Great attention to detail, time management, organization skills
  • Bachelors Degree
