The Marketing Manager will assist in executing multi-channel marketing plans that combine website, digital marketing, email, branding, graphic design and other marketing tactics to generate awareness and build pipeline. This role will plan and coordinate marketing strategies, programs, platforms and campaigns to facilitate customer interest in our solutions and services. These strategies should align with all business objectives while maintaining our brand standards. This position will be a key role in coordinating with other areas within the company and the marketing department resources to ensure all strategies and campaigns are executed perfectly and goals are met.  

Essential Functions

  • Master of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • InDesign is most important
  • Experience in Canva
  • Be familiar with basics of HTML
  • Minor coding is needed for website editing in HubSpot at times
  • Knowledge of typography, print design, photography and branding
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate or agency marketing
  • HubSpot experience
  • Video editing experience would be a plus
  • Manages external website strategy including branding, storytelling, implementation, optimization, and maintenance
  • Leads design and formatting and editing of content that tells the ConvergeOne story including thought leadership articles, webpages, white papers, data sheets, internal and external communications
  • Designs graphic elements that support the ConvergeOne brand including presentations, email, collateral, booth properties, social
  • Assists in maintaining the ConvergeOne brand across all areas of the business
  • Manages content development and execution to support assets and activities such as online programs and events that map to appropriate target audience
  • Plans, develops, and executes integrated marketing campaigns that include webinars, paid search, email, online advertising, and other demand generation tactics
  • Designs, manages, and executes nurture campaigns with the buyers’ journey in mind
  • Measures, analyzes, and reports on results of marketing activities
  • Reviews and analyzes to ensure activities are driving leads with the most potential and develop and implement action plans to address gaps
  • Ensures that content and messages are supportive of and consistent with corporate / marketing strategies
  • Creates and delivers press releases, media relations content, case studies, executive bios, social media content, and speaking proposals
  • Operates and maximizes usage of the company’s marketing automation tools
  • Manages, develops, and maximizes third-party and vendor marketing support programs, promotions and resources
  • Performs competitive analysis and identify gaps and opportunities in the marketplace
  • Keeps abreast of emerging behaviors, technologies, and companies that are changing our client’s businesses
  • Models appropriate behavior in regard to ConvergeOne values and supports ConvergeOne team approach to Quality

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years integrated marketing/campaigns experience working in technology marketing
  • In depth knowledge of website strategy and content management as well as SEO and analytics
  • Successful track record of creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Deep understanding of demand generation and nurture strategies
  • Proven ability to successfully execute marketing programs within deadlines and within budge
  • Ability to rapidly learn, internalize and leverage product/campaign information is essential
  • Very strong organizational, project management and written/verbal communication skills
  • Detailed writing and editing skills, particularly with email, promotional copy and campaign briefs
  • Experience managing programs/projects across cross-functional and virtual teams
  • Solid understanding of market segmentation; strategy, planning and execution of marketing activities


Desired/Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
  • Experience in B2B marketing preferred
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with digital media platforms
