Job Description

The Campaigns Marketing team at Zendesk is responsible for building integrated marketing programs that drive new business revenue across Asia Pacific. This is a unique chance to create an impact on our rapidly growing business and work with an outstanding team of marketers.

As Campaigns Marketing Manager - Outbound, you will be responsible for developing our outbound strategy and building APAC-wide programs that support pipeline. These include ABM at scale (1:many and 1:few), nurture campaigns that deliver quality MQLs, as well as the creation of assets that support our Sales Development team through the prospect journey. In this role, you’ll work closely with our regional marketing teams, sales development organization, operations, and HQ partners to launch marketing programs that achieve shared goals.

  • Develop strategy and build alignment across marketing and supporting functions like analytics and operations in the launch of APAC wide outbound campaigns.
  • Plan and launch campaigns using a broad mix of marketing tactics, including email nurture, paid channels, virtual events, direct mail and more to drive engagement and pipeline from our target accounts.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to champion a culture of accountability on lead delivery and SLAs.
  • Enable Sales team on key outbound initiatives, messaging, and assets that map to the prospect journey. Capture feedback and iterate.
  • Manage the lead lifecycle, nurturing, scoring, segmentation and list data for the Outbound segment.
  • Report regularly on program performance, build dashboards that track performance, and make optimization recommendations. Work with operations and analytics teams to monitor leads throughout the marketing funnel.
  • Consistently test with the goal of improving campaign performance and informing the development of future marketing initiatives
  • Experiment with new initiatives that enable Sales to engage with their prospects in more personalized ways including emails, videos, direct mail, and more.
  • Build partnerships with teams across the organization including: regional marketing, HQ campaigns and product marketing, sales development, marketing operations, outbound research, enablement and success.


  • 8+ years related campaigns or regional marketing role at SaaS, B2B Technology companies
  • Experience ABM at scale programs, industry campaigns, and account segmentation
  • A passion for innovation and being the catalyst for change. Data driven, use insights to scale and drive growth
  • Team oriented, comfortable communicating across audiences and establishing relationships
  • Previous experience working closely with Sales Development teams
  • Experience with ABM Technology like 6Sense to target and optimize for conversion
  • Knowledge of SFDC, Outreach, Marketo a plus
