Mission:

This role offers the opportunity to have a big impact on attracting, engaging, and delighting customers, for the world’s top-selling invoicing app with over 225,000 customers globally. As a Product Marketing Manager, Growth & Core Experience you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, activation, feature adoption, and conversion across our buyer journey working closely with our Growth and Core Experience teams.

In this role, you are the expert on customer pain points, competitive landscape, and the product market fit of our different product features. You will leverage qualitative and quantitative research to derive learnings to influence marketing decisions, messaging and positioning, product roadmaps, and enable sales to better acquire new customers. You will launch new products and features, create campaigns and vertical strategy, and write and develop content from thought leadership to sales decks.

You will work closely with the product, design, and engineering teams to create go-to-market plans, product positioning, and messaging for Invoice2go’s highest impact features. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will own key elements of the marketing plan and have the opportunity to grow your career as the company scales. 

Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with three as a product marketer, with an emphasis on product marketing for B2B SaaS products
  • Success driving results in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Launching new products and features at a technology / SaaS company
  • Experience within the payments, finance, banking space
  • Wide range of marketing channels (e.g. in-product/app, email, blog, social, and website)
  • Strong ownership and accountability (must proactively own this space without being pushed)
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Performing basic analytics in tools like Google Analytics, Periscope, etc.
  • Startup experience is a plus

Expected Outcomes in 3, 6, or 12 months:

3 Months:

Learned the product and capable of giving demos

Conducted numerous customer conversations and conducted market research that will allow you to feel confident articulating customer pains and benefits to advocate for the customer and to build out actionable value propositions

Led and developed go-to-market strategies for one or more new features and collaborated with marketing, product, sales and customer support stakeholders to develop campaigns

 6 Months:

Written multiple pieces of content and managed several projects that have a material impact on the business

Beat or meet the lead generation goals shared with the Growth and Core-experience teams through data, testing, and insights

Are seen as a reliable, trusted and knowledgeable teammate among working groups
