Our Marketing Operations Manager will get under the hood of our marketing automation and CRM platforms, and work in collaboration with teams throughout the company to build and maintain customer-facing programs and processes.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Design, build and manage lead and sales processes, profiles, scoring programs and more within Marketing Automation (Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce – Sales Cloud)
  • Manage roadmap of CRM and Marketing Automation functionality as part of a cross-functional team
  • Train and support sales team on CRM and lead management
  • Manage data and integrations between marketing automation tool (Pardot) and CRM (as well as other marketing technology solutions)
  • Manage data quality in Marketing Automation and partner with IT to manage the health in CRM; Seek new and innovative ways to maintain the data and enrich it further.
  • Work with marketing, sales, IT, and other stakeholders to gather priorities and business requirements/details, understand needs, advise and propose/develop/implement operational solutions and tools
  • Identify process gaps and areas of opportunity for streamlining and automation
  • Manage the marketing automation platform (Pardot) and the CRM in collaboration with IT and other CRM administrators
  • Build reports and dashboards to track activity and performance metrics and KPIs
  • Champion and implement testing strategies

Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of marketing / marketing operations experience
  • B2B experience required (B2C or D2C experience a plus)
  • Experience with CRM Systems (Salesforce required; Sales Cloud Administrator certification preferred)
  • Experience with Marketing Automation tools (Pardot preferred)
  • Experience with Analytics and Integration tools a plus
  • Experience with B2B e-commerce a plus
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong work ethic with a “get stuff done” mentality
  • Problem solver, strong attention to detail, extremely organized
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing and sales funnel measurement
