Aquant is hiring our first Director of Growth Marketing to optimize the marketing engine for exceeding our pipeline and revenue targets. You’ll develop go-to-market strategies for new enterprise and commercial products, while accelerating growth for our flagship enterprise product. 

You’ll have the opportunity to build out product-led growth funnel approaches for two new Aquant products - one for the enterprise, $1B+ revenue manufacturer market, and one for small-and-medium businesses. You’ll lead the effort to determine the right marketing mix, website flow, and offers/calls-to-action for these new products. You’ll work closely with the Product Marketing team to test and iterate the customer journey and experience. 

In addition, you will take ownership of marketing measurement and performance across all Aquant product families. 


  • Establish and iterate KPIs and goals for enterprise and commercial funnels across every stage of the sales cycle
  • Work with marketing stakeholders to set goals, implement tracking, and measure performance and ROI for marketing programs and campaigns 
  • Refine marketing attribution models and continually analyze the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and channels to determine which efforts to scale or adjust
  • Optimize the marketing tech stack - own vendor relationships and onboard new partners
  • Own the marketing measurement framework. Consistently communicate results to the marketing team, executive leadership, the board of directors, etc.
  • Continuously run marketing experiments, A/B tests, etc. across all marketing channels
  • Build and scale an amazing growth marketing team 

The Ideal Candidate

  • 8+ years of demand generation/growth marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company - a mix of experience marketing to enterprise and SMB/consumers is a big plus
  • Deep digital marketing knowledge - with experience owning website optimization and expertise in channels including search, display, email, etc. 
  • A collaborative leader with experience coaching highly skilled teams 
  • A beginner’s mind - energized by learning different approaches and open to new ideas
  •  Highly data driven, with experience modeling funnels and establishing marketing attribution frameworks
  • Deep and current knowledge of marketing technology, including marketing automation platforms and Salesforce
