This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing and the candidate can work remotely from anywhere in the United States or Canada

Overview:

To help us achieve new levels of growth, we’re looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. Our demand capture and conversion rate optimization efforts are yours to own. You’ll have a diverse marketing team of content, product, and analytics specialists with which to discuss ideas and collaborate.

Responsibilities:

  • Previous hands-on management of paid channels (Google, Capterra, Facebook, LinkedIn & Bing), with a monthly budget of $50,000+, to increase our pipeline while maintaining cost-effectiveness
  • Create and optimize our A/B testing strategy
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to reinforce our brand, drive new leads, and nurture our existing database of leads
  • Own the strategy for all on-page SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion-rate optimization
  • Work with the content marketing to develop and promote marketing materials to drive awareness and interest
  • Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing with B2B SaaS organizations
  • Excellent understanding of SEO and SEM
  • Expert at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused marketing programs and campaigns
  • Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement and ROI, and program execution skills
  • Proven experience in managing the creation of marketing materials
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills
  • Strong project management skills with superb attention to detail
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with marketing and sales automation systems, particularly Pardot and Salesforce

Desired:

  • Experience with HTML & CSS is a bonus
  • Previous remote working experience
