This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing and the candidate can work remotely from anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Overview:

To help us achieve new levels of growth, we’re looking for a creative and innovative Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team. We have a great product and we understand our target market, but we need you to help build demand and make sure that we’re top of mind once our future buyers start their buyer’s journey. You’ll have a diverse marketing team of content, product, and analytics specialists with which to discuss ideas and collaborate. 

Responsibilities:

  • Own our end-to-end demand generation strategy from targeting, to content creation, to measurement
  • Plan, implement, and measure multi-channel demand generation programs to drive brand awareness, inbound pipeline generation, and accelerate inbound revenue
  • Lead the strategy and development of virtual and in-person events designed to engage leads and influence pipeline
  • Help devise an ABM strategy and support SDR efforts in engaging and converting leads, including the development of structured campaign cadences (email, direct mail, gifting etc.)
  • Develop pipeline generation and acceleration programs for specific, targeted verticals and contacts
  • Build marketing tactics that will engage prospects from no awareness down the sales funnel to successful conversion
  • Work with the content marketing team to develop and promote marketing materials to drive awareness and interest

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing with B2B SaaS organizations
  • ABM and/or targeted outreach experience
  • Email strategy and copywriting experience
  • Ability to develop and optimize marketing strategies across key channels: SEO/SEM, paid social, email, owned web media properties, and third-party
  • Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement and ROI, and program execution skills
  • Proven experience in managing the creation of marketing materials
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with marketing and sales automation systems, preferably Pardot and Salesforce

Desired:

  • Experience with HTML & CSS is a bonus
  • Previous remote working experience
