The Role:

We are currently looking for a growth marketer with a strong focus on user acquisition to drive our second stage of growth. Our ideal candidate has extensive expertise in digital marketing, a strong understanding for analyzing data, and making data driven decisions, industry trends and testing. A good understanding of the creative side and copy is a big plus. If you’re a self-starter who loves to push things forward, this is the perfect job for you!


  • Define and Execute Trend’s marketing acquisition activities such as Partnerships, Influencers, Media buying, Out of home, Creatives, and SEO.
  • Initiate and optimize retention activities to increase customer engagement, LTV, and loyalty
  • Uncover and leverage new emerging channels and opportunities to accelerate growth.
  • Optimize and explore new set of tools required for the team.
  • Work and manage contractors helping implement strategies
  • Scale-up and manage partnerships, affiliates and networks
  • Ideate, test, measure, learn and repeat growth hacks
  • Day-to-day management of data for all campaigns across multiple channels and monitor and optimize customer performance and conversion to create insights and lead marketing activities that accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Have 3+ years’ experience of working in a growth/marketing function with a track record of delivering success (ideally a marketplace)
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams (creatives, developers, stakeholders, other marketers)
  • Be fluent in the full spectrum of acquisition + retention channels
  • A relevant degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Development, Economics, or a related field.
  • Analytical mindset and data-loving is essential since data is the foundation of our decision making
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit with a generalist skill-set as well as sharp problem-solving skills
  • Strong collaboration abilities to work with multiple teams
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills and tell stories using data
  • Strong planning and budgeting skills and resolve any issues that arise in carrying out a growth plan
  • Ability to learn new concepts, technologies, and businesses quickly and to produce quality work in short time-frames
  • Strong understanding of SEO
  • Experience as a creator and understanding of the creator economy is a big plus
