We are on the lookout for a marketing professional who is passionate about writing and producing results. By joining the marketing team, you will create, edit, and distribute compelling content. You will have the opportunity to help drive the content marketing strategy to drive and capture demand.

What you will do:

  • Craft interesting, well-researched, content to drive traffic, engage and convert target customers, and improve shared content across social media channels; content to include blog posts, website copy, data sheets, case studies, webinars, videos, presentations, and other content as needed
  • Working with marketing team members, develop and execute campaigns, events, and webinars to drive engagement and conversions with content; Maintain content strategy and materials to support the buyers’ journey and sales cycle including developing thought leadership, driving awareness and traffic, nurturing sales, and closing deals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective editorial calendar
  • Contribute to social media postings, management of social media accounts, and content calendar
  • Optimize distribution strategy for each content piece, by implementing best practices, and repeatedly test various tools, formats, and channels with target audience segments
  • Collaborate across internal functions, such as sales, engineering, and product teams, as well as customers and third parties to produce industry and role-based messaging, compelling technical content, and high-quality joint partner content programs
  • Determine metrics for ensuring the effectiveness of marketing content; Create reports leveraging Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media analytics tools; Implement new tools and processes for effective creation and measurement of content; Continuously measure and improve content performance
  • Ensure content is on brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and social promotion

Desired experience and qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, direct copywriting, or writing-focused roles experience in B2B companies, ideally within cybersecurity
  • Proven ability to grow qualified pipeline and collaborate across departments. Experience integrating content with demand generation campaigns
  • Demonstrated use of metrics and data analytics to optimize campaign performance and content for SEO and paid programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Location – Either Boston, MA or Eastern United States
