We are on the lookout for a marketing professional who is highly adaptable, has a solid understanding of B2B sales, and makes data-driven decisions. By joining the marketing team, you will develop pipeline acceleration programs for target accounts. You will have the opportunity to create targeted marketing initiatives and programs that deliver exceptional personalized experiences that delight, educate, and engage prospects and customers. 

What you will bring to the role:

  • Experience coordinating, managing, executing, and measuring multiple marketing campaigns and events, with demonstrable results in driving sales pipeline
  • Ability to execute quickly with the ability to pivot projects as needs change
  • Familiarity with B2B sales cycles, including how to use marketing communication strategies to drive responses, nurture leads, and accelerate revenue
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, investors, leadership team, prospects, and customers

What you will do:

  • Craft and drive integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns to deliver relevant messages to build and help progress pipeline for the field sales team
  • Develop a deep understanding of Kasada’s business to develop the right marketing plans and programs to support business and sales objectives
  • Use data, tools, and feedback from field sales to prioritize and design ABM campaigns to penetrate and expand business in target enterprise accounts
  • Manage in-person and virtual events, from concept and audience targeting to execution, ensuring a cohesive pre-event, mid-event, and post-event strategy to increase engagement, response, and conversion, including tradeshows, regional sales events, partner events, and corporate events
  • Evaluate, select, and manage vendors that contribute to demand marketing programs, including event venues and virtual event experiences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and execute upon marketing programs designed to meet sales objectives; Work closely with sales to uncover impactful go-to-market strategies tailored to specific contacts within a target account
  • Develop promotional assets for regional lead gen activities, including webinar and event registration pages, email templates, webinar platforms, and sales resources
  • Communicate to and educate the field sales team about new and planned marketing activities

Desired experience and qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience supporting B2B sales team in a field marketing, event marketing, or ABM role, ideally within cybersecurity
  • Proven track record working closely with sales teams with an understanding of how to support them, grow qualified pipeline, and collaborate across departments through planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to high profile accounts
  • Demonstrated use of metrics and data analytics to optimize campaign and event performance
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills with ability to prioritize independently
  • Location – Either Boston, MA or Eastern United States
