  • Work with Digital Marketing/Ops and BDRs to distribute and promote content
  • Report on content engagement and identify optimization opportunities

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience as a content creator in a marketing, comms, or related role
  • Superior writing and editing skills across all content formats
  • Experience using SEO data and insights to drive content strategy and development
  • A creative thinker with the ability to turn technical topics into easy-to-understand content
  • Excellent knowledge of social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) best practices
  • A strong sense of ownership and aptitude to thrive with little direction
  • A team player with a knack for working collaboratively and cross-functionally
  • B2B and technology savvy with an interest in the ever-changing retail industry
