We have helped more b2b SaaS companies expand through global markets, build pipelines, build their brands, and distribute content than any other SaaS media company worldwide.

Why we need you

We formed the SaaStock Founder Membership in 2020, driven by our belief that ambitious B2B SaaS Founders need the best support, network and education to successfully navigate their journey to $10MM ARR and beyond.

Our mission is to help 1000 Founders achieve $10MM ARR by 2030, and we are looking for a Membership Marketing Executive to play a key part in this challenge.

You will report directly to our Head of Marketing, and will be tasked with planning, delivering and managing marketing activities and campaigns to maximise member acquisition and increase member engagement.

What you’ll do

  • Build out and deliver an empathy-based strategy that understands, recognises and helps solve the needs & pain points of the Membership’s Ideal Customer Persona
  • Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive qualified member applications (email, blog, social, paid)
  • Implement and monitor the performance of the member referral programme, making recommendations and implementing initiatives to enhance performance
  • Create regular email campaigns including the curation of the weekly member roundup
  • Increase member engagement by driving attendance at Member Workshops, and enabling conversations on the Membership Community Platform (Circle)
  • Identify potential acquisition partners, plus supporting in the creation of presentations and sales materials
  • Maintain a bank of member testimonials
  • Regularly collect and analyse data on the ICP through surveys, customer interviews, website activity, channel engagement and market research
  • Optimise and maintain the Membership Landing Page for conversion
  • Work closely with the Membership Team (Currently consisting of an SDR and a Memberships Manager) to identify needs and opportunities for growth

Who you are

  • 2-3 years experience in a marketing role, working towards ambitious growth goals with a multi-channel approach
  • Basic knowledge of email, social media, content and digital marketing, and comfortable with inbound versus outbound
  • Superb communication skills (written and verbal), who can work proactively in a busy environment, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Basic competence in a general MarTech stack: HubSpot, Wordpress, Zapier, Slack, Intercom, Canva, Wistia, Google Analytics, G-Suite, and more. We don’t expect you to know every tool in and out, but we’d like you to have an enthusiastic ability to learn new processes and tech platforms - we love SaaS products 🤓
  • An eager learner - we don’t expect you to have all the answers! Above everything, we’d like you to be innately curious and willing to learn
