Scope of role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end demand generation programs to acquire new business and customer expansion across a wide variety of channels. It’s a ‘greenfields’ opportunity in a business ripe for fresh ideas, with a market-leading product disrupting the traditional records management industry.


Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll have room and resources to grow, with the opportunity to work in a flat-structured team working together to build a leading B2B Saas Marketing function.


Responsibilities & Activities

  • Develop and deliver a cross channel marketing strategy that drives brand awareness and scalable growth in customer acquisition and expansion.
  • Define, own and improve digital marketing and growth strategies focusing on execution, optimization and KPIs.
  • Own the paid search and paid social channels; set targets and budgets, guide and advise external support (agency); brief and manage the delivery of assets.
  • Create, manage and execute account/industry-based marketing programs in partnership with sales executives to drive acquisition and customer growth.
  • Run, test and optimize campaigns to achieve growth targets.
  • Track, measure and report on campaign ROI.
  • Lead A/B testing and onsite and landing page optimization and personalization.
  • Design and consider campaigns for customer lifecycle.
  • Manage events strategy and execution, both owned and third-party as part of a holistic growth strategy.
  • Project manage cross-functional campaigns, working collaboratively with the marketing team and other stakeholders to meet deadlines.


Knowledge, skills and abilities required

  • Proven experience in a B2B demand generation/growth role
  • Sound understanding of drivers of performance across internal and external marketing channels to achieve awareness engagement, acquisition, conversion and retention goals
  • Deep experience with marketing automation tools, and a knowledge of the best tools on the market to augment our Martech stack.
  • A data-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to create required reports to track campaign performance and manage spend
  • A strategic, collaborative, and inclusive approach. Ability to build a strong partnership with the Sales team.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors, including agencies and contractors.
  • An entrepreneurial and execution mindset focused on delivering results.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple streams of work at once
  • SaaS/tech industry experience, with a solid understanding of B2B marketing.
