Scope of role

We are looking for our first Marketing Designer to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for developing our design practice, bringing our brand to life across a broad range of touchpoints. It’s a ‘greenfields’ opportunity in a business ripe for fresh ideas, with a market-leading product disrupting the traditional records management industry.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll have room and resources to grow, with the opportunity to work in a flat-structured team working together to build a leading B2B SaaS Marketing function.


Responsibilities & Activities

  • Produce industry-leading creative across many channels and media, such as company website and landing pages, social media, infographics, sales collateral, whitepapers, swag, virtual and in-person events, and paid advertising.
  • Own the RecodPoint visual brand, create within and extend the visual identity, and update brand guidelines as required.
  • Create systems, using templates and software, that make asset creation as efficient as possible.
  • Collaborate, conceptualize and ideate with the marketing team, to create assets that aligns with our business goals, brand guidelines, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Partner with the broader marketing team to evolve and communicate Company brand and drive awareness of differentiators.


Knowledge, skills and abilities required

  • Proven experience in a graphic design role, with a solid understanding of brand identity systems, and design principal best practices.
  • Experience designing across a wide range of mediums (both print and digital) with a deep understanding of materials and constraints.
  • Ability to turn briefs and design requirements into compelling assets.
  • Proficient in Adobe CC tools.
  • Experience in web design, with a basic understanding of interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles
  • A strategic, collaborative, and inclusive approach.
  • An entrepreneurial and executionmindset focused on delivering results.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple streams of work at once
  • Well-informed and passionate about emerging trends in design.
