The company

Alva Labs offers a SaaS solution that is helping global companies grow their team in a scientific way. Alva has created a unique candidate assessment platform that helps companies build their organizations with the right people in the right place. By combining state-of-the-art psychometrics, data science, and an obsession with candidate experience, it provides the needed tool for data-driven talent acquisition.


We are growing 2-3x per year and are in the exciting phase to launch Alva in new markets. Currently, we are focusing a lot on making Product Lead Growth and international expansion into new markets.


Growth & Digital Lead

As our Growth & Digital Lead, you are responsible for leading our efforts in driving revenue growth through digital marketing. Your main focus will be on fuelling and optimising our Go-to-Market funnel, from traffic acquisition and brand awareness to conversion rate optimization, lead nurturing and marketing automation.


  • Take control of the sales funnel- making sure data is collected and structured, finding insights and acting on them.
  • Lead our work in traffic acquisition, managing our freelancers/agencies that handle our paid ads account and working through other channels such as G2, Capterra etc.
  • Own campaigns & lead nurturing flows in Hubspot
  • Distribute our content and find out what works and doesn’t work
  • Lead our SEO and CRO efforts
  • Take lead from the marketing side on setting up our Product-led motion and drive that as a main revenue source
  • Work closely with the Sales team to understand their needs & challenges to find improvements in the sales funnel (and act on them!)
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to understand the user journey & customer pain points to find improvements


Who are you

Maybe you have worked at an agency before, maybe you have worked on the customer side. It doesn’t really matter. Neither does your exact number of years of experience, or the name of the school you learnt stuff in. The most important


  • A skilled & knowledgeable B2B marketer. Inbound, lead nurturing, performance marketing, account-based marketing, conversion rate optimization and similar concepts aren’t new to you.
  • A data & statistics lover. You understand numbers, how to slice data and what you want from a dashboard. And you know how to present it so our non-marketers (a.k.a. muggles) understand it.
  • A “techy marketer”. From choosing what tools you need (be it Hotjar, Google Optimize or GA4) to understanding how to implement it.
  • A goal-striving individual and a prestigeless team player. We have ambitious goals here at Alva, but the only way to reach them is to work together as a team. We support each other and try to enjoy the ride!
  • Comfortable having a lot of interactions with other teams and stakeholders. As you will run a lot of cross-functional projects, managing expectations and partnering up with colleagues in other teams will be key to success in this role.
  • We expect you to be fully comfortable communicating in English, as it’s the official language at Alva. Swedish is not a requirement.
