πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ/πŸ‡«πŸ‡· International environment: Excellent English and French mandatory (written/spoken) is hiring a Marketer Wizard to work on our collaborative app for tinnitus patients (Android/iOS/web).

You will be designing and deploying multi-channels marketing campaigns for our app that will help thousands of patients with chronic conditions.

Our users are connected across the world and contribute to increase scientific knowledge about their conditions.

Our mission is to make life easier for millions of people who struggle to find a personalized therapy for their specific set of symptoms, tinnitus is just the beginning.

Siopi is an early-stage startup created late 2020 by Robin Guillard & Louis Korczowski, two researchers in tinnitus and machine-learning. Our vision is dedicated to helping our users by empowering them with tools they don't have access to.

Before starting the company we interviewed more than 100 potential users about the issues in their life and we built several mockups with them: this process is still our DNA (about 250 user interview the first year).

After 8 months of co-development with users of the beta version, we are confident that our app will change the lives of millions of people (in a good way). We are funded (pre-seed) and we are part of WILCO accelerator (

As our lead marketer, you will be in charge of the execution of our early stage marketing strategy.

Your goals will to build and execute the best strategy to reach our OKR. For 2022, we have two ambitious goals : 🎯 reach the critical mass of 10k MAU (freemium), πŸ«‚ use our network effect to build the best digital therapies with them and go from 0 to 1k MRR (marketplace - subscription).

You will be the backbone of our marketing in a product-oriented team of six, including two Senior Developers, Data Scientist, Junior Growth Hacker.

Your job will be to closely work with the Junior Growth Hacker to ship content and monitor performances daily. You will be responsible for the overall marketing productivity by having time to improve our processes.

πŸ‘΅ You have enough years of continuous self-improvement to feel confident in the tasks mentioned. How big is "enough"? We would bet 8 years but mileage may vary. Don't be intimidate if you are a marketer with 4 years in challenging environment. Also, you may not be a good fit if you worked 20+ years in slow-paced, slow-learning environment.

✍️ You can deliver an excellent execution in Copywritting (FR & EN), Market and Persona Analysis, Landing page building, Content Marketing, Analytics, Pipeline Automation, etc. Your messages are impactful and well tailored to your audience.

πŸ›  You master plenty of no-code tools for your craft or (even better) you have the tech background.

πŸ“ˆ Be able to demonstrate past results in consumer or SaaS product.

πŸ¦Έβ€β™‚οΈ You are fluent in ethical marketing. Your compass needs to be set to the highest standard to bring our users long term value without BS.
