We’re growing fast and need top talent to help us scale! We’re looking for a strong Demand Generation Manager to own our paid channel strategies and to consult on campaign strategy. 

Reporting to the Director of Demand, you’ll be responsible for spend and performance in all paid channels—including LinkedIn ads, LinkedIn conversation ads, retargeting, content syndication, paid search, etc. We’d expect you to create scalable, integrated marketing campaigns to attract, engage and convert prospects into customers. 

We engage our ICP of Presales and Sales Leaders with premium thought leadership content. You’ll need to develop a good understanding of these roles, the challenges they face and how we can help them achieve their goals, in order to help us build the Consensus brand and continue exceeding revenue targets! 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns that create demand, generate opportunities and build qualified pipeline
  • Monitor and report campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs (i.e. lead creation, CPL, conversion to opportunities, engagement, etc)
  • Be familiar with, and regularly evaluate, opportunity funnel performance (i.e.  conversion by stage and by source, close rates, deal size)
  • Work closely with the Director of Demand and SDR Manager on effective lead management and handoffs
  • Lead A/B testing strategies and execution across all paid channels
  • Know the company’s brand and products inside and out
  • Advise on content strategy
  • Manage spend within the budget
  • Manage partnerships and usage of tools like Metadata.io

Required Qualifications:

  • Home office; position is remote, so a dedicated office space is required
  • At least 3 years of paid channel demand experience
  • Proven track record of building demand on a budget and working across multiple channels
  • Experience building and maintaining effective reports
  • Startup attitude–as a team, we often operate at the edge of our ability. You must be willing to step up to challenges outside your expertise, this job description, and possibly your comfort zone
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience trumps a degree here, but a degree won’t hurt you
  • B2B SaaS experience
