What The Role Looks Likes

As the Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in our marketing organization, owning responsibility for pipeline and revenue delivery from our integration partners customer ecosystems, delivered by marketing to their customers through stand-alone and co-marketing programs. 

A day in the life of this position includes;

  • Driving FlexPay partner marketing initiatives and programs with channel partners, marketing and business development teams
  • Creating “marketing-in-a-box” programs for channel partners to independently market
  • Partnering with FlexPay partners to co-promote FlexPay’s offerings through integrated marketing programs, digital events, tailored introduction programs, industry event programs, and other channels
  • Managing marketing programs to FlexPay partner customer’s, creating leads, pipeline, and revenue from new customer launches
  • Creating compelling tailored content to be used by sales and partners
  • Managing the collection and communication of planned events, activities, and campaigns
  • Creating compelling ecosystem content to be used in sales deliverables or on the web
  • Managing partner and partner customer engagement for FlexPay’s hosted and industry events
  • Managing partner marketing content activity calendar and coordinating execution of programs with partners, including hosted webinars, customer outreach, education and other initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For  

You're a talented and experienced Partner Marketing Manager with 3 – 5 years of experience, looking for your next exciting role with a young FinTech company that is making a real difference removing payment obstacles between merchants and their customers.

You have knowledge and experience with Fintech, SaaS, or payments products, marketing to companies in the MM and Enterprise space. You have a passion for delivering business results through awesome physical and virtual events.  You will have shared ownership of qualified lead, pipeline creation, and new customer revenue generation acquired from channel partner customers.

The ideal candidate is creative, partner-centric, customer-obsessed, and results-oriented. You have marketing experience and a consistent track record of building and executing marketing strategy and programs with partners in B2B Tech.

What We’re Looking For 

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or a related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a strategic partner relationship management role, managing B2B channel partner campaigns and programs, preferably in a SaaS and/or FinTech environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with proven experience working effectively across all levels (e.g., senior executives, managers, peers)
  • Proven experience successfully developing and growing partner pipeline through innovative marketing and engagement programs
  • Self-starter, able to proactively seek out information to keep processes moving
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to source data from CRM systems to track the returns on marketing efforts to deliver actionable insights on marketing performance
  • Extensive experience turning market-specific feedback into action
  • Ability to thrive in an environment that requires managing multiple projects simultaneously, while working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong program and project management skills
