We are looking for a creative Enrollment Marketing Manager to drive program enrollment within our largest, most important customers. You’ll understand the customer’s unique population (workplace setting, wellness platform, culture, communication channels, etc.) and build and execute the right strategy to help us meet our revenue and enrollment goals. You’ll implement innovative marketing strategies that can then be used across our entire customer base. This role reports to the Member Marketing Director, and works closely with multiple departments. 

What you will do: 

  • Craft and execute marketing strategies for our largest, most important customers, helping us hit our ambitious goals for program enrollment and revenue
  • Strategize on the most effective way to drive enrollment and get customer buy-in and approval on the approach.
  • Develop and manage the creation of campaigns, assets, and content across a variety of channels and mediums, e.g. web landing pages, videos, virtual and onsite materials, etc.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for Customer Success and Customers for marketing strategy and communication plans.
  • Keep customer campaigns on track, resolving issues and roadblocks as needed.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules for customer projects, clearly and consistently communicating status updates to all stakeholders
  • Provide enrollment campaign reporting with insights and recommendations for future planning 
  • Share campaign and customer insights with team to continue evolving our best practices and expanding our marketing toolkit

What we’re looking for: 

  • 4+ years of experience with omnichannel marketing, open to brand or agency experience
  • Strength in using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform our marketing strategy and tactics
  • Experience building marketing materials in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Able to craft compelling member-facing copy that drives conversion across channels
  • Experience leveraging data to inform campaign design and optimize performance
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage, implement and analyze a wide range of initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinking, sound judgment and decision making skills.
  • Strong initiative in setting a course of action and executing independently.
  • Great communicator and listener: including solid written, oral and presentation-giving skills
  • You are a customer-facing owner and can bring your ideas to life, from start to finish

Our headquarters are based in Boston. There is the flexibility for this role to be remote; hybrid or even onsite when safe return based on personal preference sometime in early 2022. There will be times when travel to the Boston office is necessary for team meetings or training. Must be able to work east coast hours.
