About the Job

CADS is searching for an experienced and self-driven Head of Marketing to lead the marketing team. 

We are looking for a data-driven and creative head of marketing to join our leadership team, work directly with our CEO and COO and help us write the next chapter of the CADS. We're looking for a seasoned and proven leader who is passionate about our space, quick on their feet, a great team player, and has experience managing and optimizing big marketing budgets, to drive 10x scaling.

As Chief Marketing Officer you will oversee CADS marketing and user acquisition activities, as well as brand strategy. That includes the creation, management, and implementation of CADS overall GTM plans, developing and executing effective marketing and growth strategies that will drive user traffic, increase conversions, improve retention, drive recognition, engagement, and brand affinity, and loyalty.


1. Lead the digital-first and cross-functional marketing department

2. Develop marketing roadmap and lead strategy and execution for campaigns across all channels for both B2B & B2C segments

3. Partner with the management and stakeholders to develop a strategic approach leading to effective marketing plans

4. Manage advertising and promotional budget and consistently identifying revenue and cost optimization opportunities

5. Drive sales pipeline and customer acquisition

6. Drive new platform user acquisition, engagement, and brand-building through online & offline marketing and public relations by developing initiatives and strategies to strengthen the company’s brand value proposition in the market to meet business targets

7. Lead strategy and execution for CADS Alumni and University engagement to attract new talent and platform user acquisition

8. Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency

9. Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics

10. Manage the development of all CRM touchpoints including direct marketing, email marketing, nurturing strategies, and new customer acquisition initiatives

11. Manage customer support and escalation process and provide solutions for support tools and CRM

12. Manage all marketing and customer support tools including Google Analytics, Salesforce, Zendesk, and more

13. Drive strategy and execution for new website development and implementation of marketing automation and CRM

14. Measure ROI and KPI, analyze campaign performance, understand drivers of ROI, identify learnings

15. Forecast channel sales performance trends and user growth, and act proactively to increase market segment

16. Contribute to new product conceptualization, design and development and roll out to market

17. Develop product marketing strategy and key performance metrics

18. Develop Go-To-Market strategies for new products and launches

19. Liaise with Product, Design, and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
