At UserZoom, we help companies build great digital products and we're looking for a talented Demand Campaign Manager to join our Global Marketing team!

You'll manage our lead generation marketing efforts and use your innovation to develop strategic campaign programs that are targeted, consistent, actionable and integrated to deliver pipeline and ACV.

We operate in a fast-paced environment so you'll need initiative and willingness to roll-up your sleeves and jump right in, taking responsibility for your program’s success and meeting deadlines.

You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales Development and Sales. Here are some other responsibilities:

  • Work with industry leaders, sales teams, and colleagues within the global marketing team to research, develop and execute strategic campaign plans, focused on generating pipeline in alignment with sales priorities and focus markets
  • Work with the Product Marketing team to create unique campaign value propositions and content that will resonate with the different audience segments and generate engagement via a variety of channels
  • Own demand generation campaigns end-to-end across the funnel. Build out the campaigns with an effective mix of tactics to drive awareness, engagement, consider to decision
  • Create content to support sales development, and partner with the Sales Development team on campaigns to ensure strong alignment, engagement, and ultimately high success
  • Manage and own campaign pipeline for effectiveness and results, while tracking and monitoring pipeline numbers, top deals, ACV attainment, and other key data points
  • Monitor efficacy, cost, and ROI of programs presenting findings, and recommending enhancements to maximize growth potential


Here's the experience we're looking for:

  • Experience of B2B integrated marketing and sales programs with a results-driven approach to pipeline generation
  • Experience in both a high-volume SaaS product and sales-led enterprise environment preferred
  • Demonstrable marketing experience in a role managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (ie. paid digital, email, online and social media).
  • Demonstrable experience developing and executing new marketing strategies and programs
  • Demonstrable experience managing marketing budgets, allocating & optimizing spend across tactics, and experience with forecasting results.
  • Substantial experience partnering with sales to deliver enterprise results
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, fast-growing, ever-changing environment
