This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to join our successful marketing team as a Marketing Manager. This is a varied, fast paced and exciting new role, where you will be responsible for the end-to-end marketing strategy in a specific part of the Causeway business.

You will create the marketing strategy for your assigned business products and solutions, building innovative and highly targeted account-based campaigns across multiple channels (traditional and digital) which generate qualified sales opportunities, build brand awareness and improve the overall customer experience.

You will analyse market potential, assess competitive strengths and weaknesses, develop a segmentation strategy, and build an actionable, measurable plan. You’ll need experience of analysing the buyer’s journey and determining different strategies to effectively target prospects along the stages of the buying process.

You will continually monitor and assess the impact of your marketing strategy to improve ROI, campaign effectiveness, conversion rates and utlimately create demand that drives revenue. You will make constant adjustments and manage budget in response to the needs of the marketplace, acting as a trusted advisor to the sales team in order to achieve sales goals and objectives.

In-depth knowledge and experience of CRM tools to drive customer insight, manage data, identify segment opportunities, manage marketing performance and adhere to process are also needed, as are advanced skills in Mac OS and MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

You will have worked in a high-profile, fast-paced, results-oriented enterprise software business at either a solution or product level (ideally at least five years in a SaaS business).

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand an audience quickly and build rapport fast. Attention to detail, a positive and enthusiastic outlook and a warm and friendly, professional approach are essential, as well as being self-motivated and quick to learn.

Marketing-related qualifications would be desirable, as would some knowledge of the construction sector.

This role is offered on a home-based or hybrid working basis (if near to one of our offices).
