This is a role within the Digital Marketing team in NA as a Digital Camapign Manager is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. Responsible for developing and improving our relationship with our customers, this role incorporates campaign architecture, activation via automation and paid media routes, analysis and measurement, in the context of a strong knowledge of Zebra’s customers and prospects buyer’s journey and channel preferences.

This role is for a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills. The successful individual will project manage the delivery of inbound and outbound elements appropriate to the achievement of the strategic goals. 

  • Create excellent customer journeys and experiences across our digital touchpoints.
  • Media planning, activation, reporting and ongoing analysis and optimization
  • Paid and organic social media development and management including social posting, listening and responding
  • Strategic direction and support with ecommerce platforms
  • Ongoing nurture strategy and implementation
  • Measurement, reporting and communication on campaigns
  • Be a “go to” digital advocate – educate marketing and wider teams on digital marketing landscape and key website journeys.
  • Making microsite/campaign page updates and working with the web team to make web updates and merchandise campaign content. Liaise with the web team to implement personalization on Zebra.com

 Minimum Qualifications

  1. 5+ years experience in digital marketing and/or campaign management for B2B
  2. Experienced facilitator and campaign manager
  3. Attention to detail, accuracy and quality
  4. Hands-on-Approach to project delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Previous marketing experience in T&L 
  2. Test and implement communication funnels and marketing Automation: Experience of Eloqua and SalesForce beneficial
  3. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  4. Copywriting skills
  5. Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
  6. Understanding of complex organizational structures
