Dynamic Yield, a Gartner-recognized Leader in Personalization Engines multiple years running, and a Strong Performer in Forrester’s Experience Optimization Wave, is looking for a Content Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this person will own Dynamic Yield’s overall content and localization strategy, including the ideation, orchestration, and development of educational articles, thought leadership bylines, web copy, newsletters, research reports, social media updates, guest post contributions, and so much more. 

Content plays a significant role in how we nurture relationships with the industry, from our customers to partners, analysts, as well as prospective buyers. This role is, therefore, critical to the Marketing team, requiring significant collaboration across functions such as Design, Events, Demand Generation as well as other departments like Sales, Channels, Customer Success, and HR. 

Successful candidates will have experience in SaaS or B2B Marketing, leading and executing content marketing efforts to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.

  • Skilled at managing and prioritizing a multitude of projects with varying deadlines but experienced enough to prioritize and set realistic expectations  
  • A problem-solver who will take the time to work an issue out independently but isn’t afraid to ask the appropriate questions when necessary 
  • Self-motivated and interested in tackling new and unexplored opportunities that might otherwise have gone unnoticed or unrealized 


  • 3+ years of content marketing experience in B2B Marketing or SaaS setting
  • A strong command and appreciation of tone, mechanics, and grammar
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including social, email marketing, basic SEO, and web analytics
  • Familiarity with the marketing technology landscape and SaaS-based business practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or related field
  • Experience using WordPress
  • HTML / CSS knowledge – a plus
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, optimization, and personalization – a plus
  • Background in eCommerce
