The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, executing and reporting of go-to-market initiatives of varying size and complexity. Initiatives include inbound and outbound campaigns and supporting asset creation (videos, sales decks, sales enablement tools and collateral) plus online/offline publishing and internal distribution.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage marketing projects from beginning to end, related to:
  • Demand gen/prospecting/customer campaigns and events
  • Content marketing asset launches
  • Product launches – internal and market-facing campaign deliverables
  • Company positioning launches – internal and market-facing deliverables
  • Work with marketing and cross-functional teams to create a marketing strategy, itemize needed tasks and owners to implement the strategy and facilitate ongoing communication.
  • Assemble project participants by identifying resources needed, including individuals who are accountable for results, those who will execute deliverables and those who will need to be informed of status and results.
  • Create and manage a planning calendar and schedule deadlines.
  • Track deliverables and sub-tasks for on-time delivery, communicate off-track roadblocks and/or scope creep, escalate as needed and update plan with approved revisions.
  • Align marketing campaign budgets and ensure adherence to them.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years experience with project management theory and best practices
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Monday (preferred) and Trello
  • Ability to turn the team’s vision into reality
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines and cross-functional contributors, in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Maintain strong working relationships with external vendors, as needed
  • Strong adherence to deadlines
  • Outstanding communication of progress against milestones and deadlines
  • Ability to troubleshoot and communicate roadblocks
  • Report status updates of planned, open and closed campaigns and results
  • Experience in understanding business processes and methodologies
