Responsibilities:

  • Create, execute, and optimize our growth-driven design strategy
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to reinforce our brand, drive new leads, and nurture our existing database of leads
  • Own the strategy for all on-page SEO and conversion-rate optimization
  • Work with content marketing to develop and promote marketing materials to drive awareness and interest
  • Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with B2B SaaS organizations
  • Excellent understanding of SEO and SEM
  • Expert at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused marketing programs and campaigns
  • Growth mindset: You're focused on driving new experiments and optimizing current ones to drive company growth
  • Data-driven: You're able to build growth projects and analyze results by leveraging analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Optimize etc.)
  • Experience building channels from scratch. There are typically 1-3 channels that work for a company. We need someone who built that channel and scaled it to its limit.
  • Identify problems through data and solve them in innovative ways.
  • Proven experience in managing the creation of marketing materials
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Strong project management skills with superb attention to detail
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with marketing and sales automation systems, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce
