Pexels

Remote Remote

Full time

$60-90k (annually)

Jan 11

We're looking for a data-driven, results-oriented marketer to join Pexels, and lead our lifecycle marketing efforts. If joining a successful remote company with the opportunity to grow, do career-defining work, and leave your mark excites you, then keep reading.

With over 30 million sessions per month, we are one of the top free stock photo and video platforms. We've become the number one resource for many designers, marketers, entrepreneurs, non-profits, and creators from all over the world. We’ve built a community of thousands of photographers who make Pexels possible – and we are looking to keep growing.

The position involves strategic planning and day-to-day hands-on creation, execution and optimization of lifecycle campaigns in our email/notification service provider, Braze.

What you'll get in return is a team dedicated to your personal and professional growth—one that gives you the support and freedom to be your best self. We believe you should spend most of your time working on stuff you love, and we'll let you carve out what that looks like.

What You'll Do:

  • Deeply understand the Pexels contributor, uncover insights to understand key points in their journey that will drive activation and engagement
  • Create multi-channel campaigns that engage, nurture, and improve activation and long-term retention from onboarding all the way through becoming a Pexels Hero
  • Leverage data to monitor how people are using Pexels, and how we can improve their experience
  • Constantly measure and report campaign performance, rigorously A/B test, and optimize our communications across channels
  • Partner closely with other teams — working closely with the community, content, and product teams to strengthen our customer-facing efforts across the board

What You’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing and/or performance marketing with an emphasis on data-driven programs and experimentation
  • Strong cross-functional skills, including working with data, product, writing copy, and an eye for design
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms. Experience with Braze would be a plus
  • Highly analytical, a love of data and segmentation, a test-and-learn mindset and the ability to turn learnings into actions to improve performance
  • Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an outstanding eye for detail
  • HTML, liquid, and technical knowledge is a big plus

What we offer:

  • Work from anywhere
  • Annual team retreat (when traveling is safe again) to a beautiful place that we all vote on
  • Flexible vacation policy
  • Parental leave
  • Annual education/conference stipend to learn something new
  • An environment to have a huge impact on our company, the product, and our users
  • A flexible and very effective team dedicated to your personal development
  • Stock options
