We are currently seeking a Director of Field and Channel Marketing, EMEA and APAC will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of field and channel programs in EMEA and APAC. They will manage the regional marketing team to align sales goals with creative marketing programs that fill the sales pipeline. These programs include direct and channel initiatives that build our partner relationships by region and drive direct demand to our BDR team. This role will be responsible for measuring and communicating the results of their campaigns and optimizing performance over time. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate corporate objectives, positioning, and messaging into creative regional activities
  • Align campaign activities with regional goals and adjust for cultural differences
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners by territory to identify go-to-market opportunities and deliver best in class co-marketing activities
  • Build and deliver channel enablement activities to support the growth of our channel program and depth of our channel relationships
  • Build necessary marketing materials, including copywriting, for marketing campaigns
  • Analyze campaign outcomes, costs, and ROI to continuously optimize spend and outcomes
  • Coach and develop EMEA & APAC field and channel marketing team
  • Work with marketing operations team to continuously improve our processes for delivering and measuring campaigns
  • Support customer marketing and virtual event programs in region as needed
  • Collaborate with Director of Field and Channel Marketing, Americas to develop and deliver aligned campaigns, reporting metrics, and programs

Requirements

  • 5-10 years in field marketing roles for B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record managing teams (5 years+)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet goals aligned to business needs
  • Proven experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and materials
  • Experience marketing in EMEA and APAC
  • Passion for marketing best practices and continuously staying on top of new technologies and campaign channels
  • Deep experience marketing to and through channel reseller partners
  • Excellence in copywriting for B2B tech buyer personas
  • Strong project management skills
