Project Manager

You’re an efficiency pro ... process and order are your calling cards.

Your primary responsibility is project management. You’re incredibly talented in moving projects from beginning to completion. Working with our Creative Director, you’ll vet incoming projects, prioritize, and schedule jobs, and move them through our agency using our project management software making sure all deadlines are met.

You Are:

  • A great communicator who is the conduit between Account Managers, Creative, and vendors.
  • Someone who thrives in managing daily project activity, assignments, and hours used.
  • Can review/proof all work for quality prior to routing and release.
  • Primary responsibility is to assign projects to creative team and assure all deadlines are met.
  • Admin for our time management system (FunctionFox).
  • Run our 5-minute daily production meetings. Daily check in with the CD for hot projects, solve capacity issues.
  • All projects go out through you first: AE projects, art files to vendors, placing print ads, broadcast spots or online ads in traffic – all production flows through you.
  • Find resources for the creative team: archived jobs, photos, specs/dimensions, templates.
  • An important part of the creative team. You are creative, have ideas, have new vendors – you are visionary.

We Need You To:

  • Help us improve processes.
  • Champion our chosen tools, be the expert, and make sure the rest of the team knows and is using the tools.
  • Make sure necessary resources are available so the company can operate effectively.
  • Monitor time tracking.
  • Help onboard new clients.
  • Get quotes, manage vendors and freelancers as needed.
  • Publish a weekly client time report to keep our clients informed of retainer hours.
  • Review and revise schedules as needed with client services.
  • Support account services and creative departments as needed.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned/required.

You Need:

  • 1+ years project management; Agency experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • An eye for detail and solid proofing skills.
  • BA/BS is a nice plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize requests for multiple team members.
  • Proactive problem solver.
  • Excellent verbal and listening communication skills; sound judgment and interpersonal skills.
  • Fast-learner with demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Maintains composure under pressure and feels comfortable juggling daily schedules for multiple creative resources.
  • Positive. Friendly. Energetic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
