As the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager you will drive the customer communication strategy and execution. As part of the Customer Marketing team, you’ll partner cross-functionally to educate customers about BetterUp’s products and offerings, add value through personalization and work closely with the Account Management teams to execute multi-channel co-branded campaigns from microsite creation, to ads and email sends. In this high-impact role you will be responsible for creating both scalable and repeatable programs and multi-channel marketing campaigns that create value across our customer base. 

What you'll do:

  • Create automated, multi-touch, targeted customer lifecycle digital marketing programs
  • Optimize and maintain BetterUp’s customer communication strategy with various internal stakeholders across channels (external and in-app) from awareness, onboarding, and adoption to champion. 
  • Leverage personalization and the dynamic delivery of content by stage in lifecycle, behavior in the product, persona, product or solution interest, geography and/or industry.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success and Account Management teams to build targeted campaigns for renewals, upsell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Manage campaign setup, testing, deployment, and reporting
  • Establish key metrics, create review cycle, and provide insights on customer intelligence
  • Closely align with business development and post-sales teams on goals and campaigns to optimize the post-sale GTM strategy and ensure leads are being followed up on. 

If you have some or all of the following, please apply: 

  • 4+ years business experience in customer marketing, digital marketing or product marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Data driven with experience creating a communication strategy to the existing customer base.
  • The ability to build, execute and optimize digital marketing programs from the ground up. 
  • The ability to collaborate and influence dynamically across the company.
  • The initiative to manage multiple projects with rigor, handle ambiguity, and contribute to the growth of a new function.
  • Fluency in Hubspot, SFDC, 6Sense a plus
