Your Work at Voximplant

  • Be the field marketing lead for North America, EMEA, and LATAM
  • Implement field marketing strategies that create more inbound pipeline and provide memorable, noteworthy moments for participants
  • Develop and implement a detailed events and webinar strategy and process and track adherence to budget, timeline, and scope
  • Partner with Sales to create local plays
  • Create integrated field campaigns that drive pipeline and awareness
  • Partner closely with Sales to improve the opportunity to closed won rate
  • Ensure that all stakeholders are well informed of event/webinar flow and plan prior to the event/webinar and that effective promotion has been performed beforehand
  • Increase event and webinar attendance and improve conversion rates of attendees to Sales opportunities while managing costs efficiently
  • Collaborate with appropriate staff on all website-related content and collateral needs for events, webinars, and field activities
  • Propose new ideas to improve processes
  • Repurpose existing content for use in new ways
  • Potential for growing a team and being a player-coach

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working in field marketing or other relevant marketing functions for a software company

  • Strong collaborator that is able to work with internal stakeholders and drive coordination between marketing, product, sales, and other functions
  • Comfortable working 100% remotely
  • Be willing to work with distributed teammates in the Americas, Western Europe, and Moscow
  • Have experience handling most efforts in-house rather than having agencies do all of the work
  • Willingness to work on new initiatives that are outside of this job description that come up from time to time
  • Would prefer to use data to inform decision making rather than gut feelings

Nice to Have Qualifications

  • Experience with a marketing team that targets multiple international audiences
  • Must have worked for a company selling to software engineers or have personal technical knowledge about APIs
  • Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring marketers that have varying levels of experience
