Typical day-to-day will be presenting campaign insights to the team over coffee, contributing to a creative brainstorm at noon, and launching a new A/B email test before happy hour. This role has some big challenges and requires someone who has been there and done that. Expect to be identifying and setting up marketing automation, working with sales and leadership to create rigor around Salesforce tracking and be on an endless pursuit for showing Marketing ROI.
The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities. You’ll be responsible for developing – or assist in the development of – marketing plans consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional inbound marketing programs. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for Hubspot for Sales and the Marketing team. Working within our WordPress website to create landing pages for campaigns and increase conversion rates from forms and own our email marketing program. Your day-today will be working with sales, across the marketing department (including creative, content, product) and with vendors/technology to bring your campaign ideas to life.
Work closely with the Content Manager and Director of Marketing to create a rich content/editorial calendar.
Grow new leads by converting site traffic, landing pages, content, email, paid ads and events.
Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing process through email, content and social. Must have a deep understanding of HubSpot and a good grasp of Salesforce.com.
Own, build and improve closed-loop analytics with the Marketing Department and sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
Serve as the point of contact for everything Hubspot, SplashThat (event platform) and WordPress.
Own email marketing completely. You will be creating content, run A/B tests, growing our lists, managing a content calendar and exceeding performance benchmarks.
Manage Web and SEM firms to increase web traffic and conversions.
Grow our user base for Amobee U our customer learning and development platform working closely with our customer experience director to identify and implement marketing automation.
Own the launch, implementation, optimization and reporting for ad campaigns across publishers, social platforms and search, (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook)
5+ years of experience in demand generation
Strong analytical skills around digital marketing campaign metrics
Strong written and verbal skills (experience with copywriting a plus)
Proficient in Hubspot, Salesforce and WordPress
Experience setting up and managing ad campaigns across search, LinkedIn, Facebook, RTG, Publishers Direct
Experience creating landing pages, managing email marketing and social
Knowledge of SEO and SEM
Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills
High level of flexibility and resiliency
Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite
