About the role

WizeHire is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own the vision and execution of how we drive growth with digital and grassroots marketing campaigns. You’ll collaborate with experts to calibrate messaging, align on tactics, and most importantly drive value for your audience. Responsibilities

What's in store for you

  • Lead a team of two talented marketers with more growth to come in 2021
  • Manager coaching and training to help develop your leadership skills
  • Great onboarding and docs to help you gain a deep understanding of our key markets and customers
  • Collaborative campaign plans, working closely with Product, Sales, and Partnerships to win market share in our target industries
  • Working with talented revenue operations people to track and optimize our lead flow
  • Collaborating with world-class designers to convert site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
  • Building relationships and processes with our designers and copywriting teams to make sure all campaigns use the brand voice
  • Ensuring timely deployment of initiatives and project success by managing stakeholders, calendars, budgets, timelines, and processes

Qualifications

  • You're a passionate marketer who cares about your craft and likes to have fun
  • You have 6+ years of B2B marketing experience in fast-paced technology companies
  • You have 2+ years of leadership experience in demand generation, growth, or marketing operations
  • You have a proven record of promoting and producing campaigns that drive demand and deliver value for people
  • You have strong familiarity with Salesforce, Autopilot, basic database concepts

Compensation

$90,000 - $100,000 yearly
